Shipping Policy

At Aerogogo, we are committed to providing efficient global shipping services that ensure our customers receive their goods safely, reliably, and quickly. To achieve this, we have implemented overseas warehouse services and established localized distribution to reduce transportation costs and eliminate common problems associated with international shipping, such as damage during transportation and lengthy delivery times.

Currently, we have overseas warehouse services in North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe, and all customer orders are allocated to our global logistics platform for inventory distribution on the next day. Orders are then automatically allocated to the nearest warehouse for delivery. We guarantee that we will deliver orders to customers within 1-2 weeks, provided that there is sufficient stock. However, order delivery time may vary due to different circumstances, including custom clearance times from country to country. Order processing time typically takes 2-3 working days, and tracking numbers are generated 5 working days after the order is processed. Please note that if an item from an order is out of stock, reallocation of inventory to orders may result in an extended delivery time.

Due to different regulatory measures when importing goods into various countries, additional documents may be required for customs clearance. Our customer support team will contact customers by email to request any relevant materials, and the process time for customs clearance will not be included in the order delivery time.

We currently ship to several countries around the world. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping destination, with orders to Asia typically taking 3-5 working days, orders to Europe taking 5-7 working days, and orders to the United States taking 5-7 working days. Orders to other countries such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Iceland will be delivered within 2 weeks from our factory or other warehouses.
